In that amount of time, your not-so-pearly whites can go up to four shades lighter. You get a tray filled with bleaching gel to insert in your mouth. Then an LED light is flashed on your teeth, activating the gel and breaking down the buildup that causes discoloration.

Add a take-home whitening kit for $69 total (reg. $230). The kit includes a gel tray with whitening treatment, so you can continue to brighten your smile when you go home.
