About This Position:

Lifebooker is seeking a can-do, organized team player to join our Creative team. This entry-level position will help the Creative department run like a well-oiled machine, by handling website and email production and playing traffic controller for all asset needs. The ideal candidate is a recent college grad with a sense of humor, grace under pressure, and passion for detail that borders on OCD. (The ability to tell a good Brazilian wax joke isn’t required, but it helps.)

This is a full-time staff position. Compensation includes competitive salary, full health benefits, and other financial incentives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Editorial Coordinator and Photo Editor to build website pages for daily deals—including uploading images, setting sale dates and prices, and responding to sales team requests in a timely manner.
  • Build emails for daily sales and special campaigns, working in both our backend interface and SailThru platform.
  • Work with Photo Editor to maintain our photo archive, including tagging image files and organizing image library.
  • Maintain creative asset calendar to ensure deliverables are completed on time and according to spec.
  • Assume production responsibilities in the absence of Editorial Coordinator.
  • Qualifications:

  • Some work experience in beauty, women’s magazines, or e-commerce preferred.
  • Experience working in a CMS is a huge plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with Adobe creative suite a plus.
